This was a home warranty service call for one of my HVAC units that failed. Usually these things take days to get an appointment. In this case I got an appointment in 24 hours. With the temps over 100 degrees I said absolutely. Anthony and Eusebio got right to work and in 10 minutes determined that the run capacitor was bad. Anthony had gotten one earlier and after a quick installation the unit is back up and running.
These folks were assigned my Home Warranty service call for a broken AC. Great experience beginning to end. I had a bad compressor and it was replaced in a day and a half. Not bad!. The serviceman was on time, professional, fast and submitted for authorization right away. Can't find a thing to complain about. Fantastic job guys!
